Showcase 100, a juried exhibition and publication of 100 illustrations from around the world, my piece Animafauna was amongst the final 100 artworks on display and available to purchase at the show, so as the accompanying book.
**Animafuna is a special piece, reminiscent of children's imaginative story tales which have inspired my creativity and illustrative style since my childhood in El Salvador. It depicts the story of a charming flora and fauna scene that celebrates the beauty and existence of Central American endangered wildlife species like the porcupines, Tigrillos (wild cats) and exotic birds like the Torogoz, El Salvador's national bird since 1999.
